DTF Prints with Dye Sub Blocker – Available in black or white

Dye migration can happen when you are pressing to fabric already coloured with a dye. Commonly used in sports shirts and other clothing. You will generally find it on Polyester fabric.
Adding a dye sub blocker  powder will prevent the colours bleeding through to your prints.

White can be use when laying over a single colour. If applying a white image over changes of colours its best to use Black sub blocker.

File Format required in high resolution : Vector Pdf, Eps Png 300dpi or Ai files only. No Background

Jpegs must be original photo not sent or received through social media.

Screen shots and low resolution images can not be printed. You will need to purchase image vectorisation.

These DTF images are printed with a heat transfer base and supplied on a film for you to Press. We strongly recommend the use of Heat Press as well as Pressing Pillows for even pressure.

We cannot be responsible or recommend applying with a hand held heat device.

Prints will be ready for collection or delivery with in 48 Business hrs. We can print next day if print ready files are sent and paid by 5pm.

Pressing instructions

• Heat press at 130 degrees
• Pre press garment to release moisture
• Press with medium pressure for 6 seconds
• Remove the carrier
• 6 second final press
• We recommend using teflon on top of film when pressing

Washing instructions

Turn garment inside and cold wash. Do not iron image, may be tumble dried on low heat.
